All online orders will be processed and shipped from Kuala Lumpur. 

• We will process and ship out your order within 3 business days once payment is completed

• We will ship your order using DHL, Poslaju and JNT. Courier services will be picked randomly. 

• Customer would be receiving a tracking number via email. 

SHIPPING FEE 

Currently, we only provide shipping within Malaysia and Singapore. 

a. Peninsular Malaysia

• FREE Shipping to all orders with RM120 and above. For orders below RM120 is charged a flat rate of RM10 shipping fee. 

b. Sabah & Sarawak.

• For Sabah and Sarawak, the shipping fee is charged based on weight. The first 1kg will be charged RM20 and every additional 1kg will charge RM10. 

c. Singapore

• For Singapore shipping address, the shipping fee is charged based on weight. The first 1kg will be charged RM50 and every additional 1kg will charge RM10.
